Ingredienser:

  • 5 Æg (Gerne pasturiseret)
  • 5 Spiseskeer Florsukker
  • 1/2 L. Piskefløde
  • 1/2 Vanillestang

Eksempel på smagsvarianter:

  • 1/3 Pakke Nougat (mellem pk)
  • 1/2 Deciliter Valnødder (hakket)
  • 1/3 Pakke Marcipan (lille rulle)

Fremgangsmåde for Hjemmelavet is:

Pisk Æggeblommerne og florsukker godt sammen. Pisk fløden stiv. Bland forsigtigt æg og flødeskum ( gerne med en dejskraber).

Kom is massen i din ismaskine, efter ca. 20 minutter er isen klar til at blive hældt over i en form, som så stilles i fryseren.

Alternativt:

Stil blandingen i fryseren. Rør jævnligt i blandingen de første par timer af frysetiden, så isen ikke krystalliserer. Efter ca. 5 timer er isen klar.

Smagsvarianter:

Vanilleis: Tilsæt blandingen kornene fra 2 vanillestænger.

Nougatis: Smelt 75g sukker gyldent på en pande. Tilsæt 50g hakkede mandler under omrøring. Hæld nougatblandingen på en plade med bagepapir og afkøl den.

Knus nougaten og bland den i isblandingen efter 2 timers frysetid, når isen er grødagtig, så fordeler nougaten sig i hele isen.

Andre forslag: Hakket chokolade, nødder, mandler, marcipan, rom, portvin eller moset frugt.

Hjemmelavet is skal helst tages ud af fryseren en halv time, før den skal bruges.

  • 5 dl vand
  • 400 g sukker
  • 1 dl Æggehvide

Smages til med citronsaft

Frugt efter eget valg:

F.eks. Mango, Honningmelon, Banan, Hindbær, Jordbær, Lime, Passionsfrugt osv.
Vi kan kun anbefale at du bruger frugt med megen smag, da det giver det bedste resultat.

Fremgangsmåde

Kom vand i en tykbundet gryde sammen med sukker. Bring det i kog og lad det koge kraftigt i 2-3 min. Så har du en sirup.

Blend frugten til purè og tilsæt siruppen i en tynd stråle. Sigt purèen, og lad det køle af.

Stil den kolde purè i fryseren og lad den fryse til en grødet masse. Pisk æggehviderne meget stive og vend dem i den frosne frugtpurè for svag hastighed med en elpisker. Frys nu den færdige sorbet.

Alternativt afkøl massen til køleskabstemperatur og kom massen i din ismaskine. Lad den køre ca. 12 minutter, hvorefter massen hældes på form og stilles i fryseren.

Isen tages op ca. 30 minutter før servering.

Der findes mange forskellige fyld (smagsstoffer) til isen, kun fantasien sætter begrænsninger.

Ingredienser:

  • 4 Æggeblommer( Gerne pasteuriseret)
  • 4 spsk sukker
  • 1/2l piskefløde

Fremgangsmåde:

Æg og sukker piskes skummende, fløden piskes lidt fast. Tilbehør (nødder, chokolade etc.) vendes i æggemassen sammen med vaniljen, til sidst vendes flødeskummet i.

Massen hældes i ismaskinen og indfryses. Efter ca. 20 minutter er massen blevet så hård at tilbehøret ikke synker til bunds. Hæld ismassen over i en form og sæt den i fryseren.

Isen tages op og stilles i køleskab 1/2 time før servering.
